The most popular of Cuban cocktails, the 'Pearl of the Caribbean' has a full, smooth flavour that makes it perfect as an aperitif or after-dinner drink. Made with the finest 5-year-old white Caribbean rum, with the addition of lime juice, cane sugar and infusion of fresh mint leaves, it creates the perfect cocktail to drink on a hot summer's day.
